Hey Loves it's another Sunday and you know how we do it here. Today I tried to take a trip into my tribe by giving you white soup the akwa ibom style. I hope you like it, let me know your thoughts in the comment section.
INGREDIENTS
Goat Meat - 10-12 pieces
Onion - 1 medium size
Salt - 1 Tbsp
Bullion cube - 2
Cameroon Pepper- 1 1/2 Tsp
Water - enough to boil the meat
Yam Water - 2 1/2 Cups
Periwinkle- 1 Cup
Stock fish - 5 fleshy pieces
Pounded yam - 10 small balls
Uyayak / Aidan fruit / 4 corner spice - 1/2
Crayfish - 3 Tbsp
Yellow/ habanero pepper - 3 pieces
Dry fish - 1
Bullion cube - 1
This soup is always eaten with pounded yam.
