How to make Wild Blueberry Lemony Cheesecake

Ingredients:
For the BlueBerry Toppings:
600g of wild frozen blueberries
1tbsp of brown sugar
3 tbsp of honey
3 tbsp of slurry (watch the video for the Ingredients)
For The Cookie Crust:
2 cups of graham crumbs
1/4 cup of margarine
1 tbsp of brown sugar
2 tbsp of honey
For the Cream Cheese Lemony Batter:
Meringue: 3 egg whites and 1/4 cup of brown sugar
3 egg yolks
1/4 cup of brown sugar
3x250g of cream cheese
6 tbsp of homemade sour cream
1/4 cup of honey
3 tbsp of fresh lemon juice
2 medium-sized lemons' zest
1 tsp of pure vanilla
For the Icing:
1 cup of 35% double cream or whipping cream
2 1/2 tbsp of powdered sugar
