Can't be a huge help but LePage seem to be a big brand of PVA glue in Canada. I doubt they will stay bright forever but I've had some on the window for a couple of year now and they are fine! If you are talking about the outliner for glass painting then we released a video about 2 weeks ago showing you how to do that. You'll find it in our videos list. Hope that helps.

The "flowing" waterbased paints won't really work. It needs to be one of the thicker waterbased ones (e.g. Gallery Glass, Arti-Stick etc.).

TBH I've never tried. I suppose it MIGHT work but you would need to make sure it was stretched out quite firmly (I assume). I have had success with glass and with stiff packaging plastic. Do let us know how you get on if you try it!

The particular outliner used in this video was "Plaid Gallery Glass Outliner". Having said that any of the peelable outliners should be fine.

@@Emi-iu8kx It depends a bit on the ambient temp. If it's a warm/hot day they a couple of hours should do. You will see it change and become less glossy as it dries.

Hi. What I am using there is a homemade clear thick glass paint (Basically a clear PVA/Elmers glue with a few drops of water). You can also buy pre-made clear glass paints such as the Gallery Glass Crystal clear which do the same job. Hope that helps.

Two really interesting suggestions neither which I have tried. I'm not 100% sure about alcohol in waterbased paints but I shall give them both a go when I next have the paints out. Thank you for the ideas.

I did use 3d fabric paint as an outliner and that worked well. www.glasspainting.co.uk/glass-painting-equipment/using-dimensional-fabric-paint-as-outliner I don't think you could use the fabric paint as a replacement for the peelable paint BUT you could try using it as colour combined with PVA glue and see if that would work. That's a good idea. You'll find the finish and transparency isn't quite as good as the "proper" paint but the technique is the same so perfect for practice. If you go to the community page ( ru-vid.comcommunity ) there an image I've just put up of a dragon made with homemade outliner and paints.

Good Question! I'm not a chemist but I assume it has the same sort of stuff in it as PVA glue. Glass Painting Is pva glue Elmers brand? Yes, I watched your other videos, I love them.

I think their school glue is a PVA but best to test it first. Having said that you should be able to get an unbranded version much cheaper. I don't know which country you are in but I'm in the UK and use an own brand from Wilko.. In the US Kmart seem to sell a resonably priced one www.kmart.com.au/product/250ml-pva-glue/797311
