By far, the rustic wooden heart is my favorite cookie design. It would look beautiful with a sprig of wild flowers or a few pink roses!

Дорогие пряничные феи! Подскажите, что за густая масса наносится мастихином на пряник, как основа. На айсинг не похожа, т.к. густая и более воздушная. Вроде, как более взбитый айсинг в виде густого более плотного безе. Кто знает? Подскажите пожалуйста.
