Here is what i think, giving is a lifestyle and hinged on personality. A man who gets comfortable because his woman is independent or because she isn't asking is never a giver. It won't matter whether your woman is independent or not. Whether she asks or not, if you are giver, you won't even be told before doing the needful no matter how little. Independent woman always like to give but the energy must reciprocated.
