My IS 250 panels are "gooey". I talked to Lexus about the recall but it closed the claim 2 years ago. Was thinking about covering the panels with fabric. Nice video man.

Clothes washing detergent liquid with a mix of either hand soap of powdered washing powder. Works better than anything i've ever used and cheap.

You did not use that spray glue correctly. But they look nice, that fabric actually matches better than I expected.

To be honest, the hot glue step is unnecessary. I use Super 90 and let it tack (per the instructions), have had it last for years and years.
