You can upload the pattern image in Pixlr and use the dropper tool to color match. Get the color code and then plug it into the color section in Design Space to get the exact color you want.

Thank you so much for making this video! It’s so hard budgeting and spending so much to decorate with stickers. I found a Google extension called Getcolor. It allows you to grab a color from the web. I just went into the digital paper file that I had purchased off Etsy and opened that on my web browser. It worked really well.

You should be able to upload your image as a pattern so you can scale (crop) the pattern to your liking without having to keep going back. When you drag your image over, drag to pattern fill. Create a box the size of your header and where it says cut change to pattern.

Have you tried importing the whole scrapbook paper image and the make your rectangle the size you need it and then use the slice tool this would avoid distortion and u could get the exact size you need

Instead of uploading your images as a clip art the other option is upload as a filler image that is what I found that worked easier for my images and I would love a monthly design with me video ❤️❤️❤️😍

The images you received from Kate, are they in a background pack? I've been trying to figure out how to make backgrounds like your scarecrow one, and it's either to much of a pain, or unattainable for my adhd brain 😂

You can upload your patterns as Pattern Fill in Cricut. Then it will be listed under Fill-Print-Pattern.

You can also upload the entire image you created, create another box with the size you need, put it over the image, select all and then use the slice option. You can also upload your whole image, make a box with the dimensions you want, place it over your pattern, select both and slice. :)

Hii i just found out that if you upload the image as a pattern you dont have to waste time to crop and redo all the steps. It just automatically fits in the box!

I actually don’t use a Cricut anymore so I can’t help with that specifically. I use a Silhouette now and love it! I have done several tutorials with it as well.

Do you have a video or can you tell me how to get a picture into the computer. I’m sure you do that for your machine that you have now when you want to cut something and make something from a piece of paper image that you need to get into your computer regardless of what cutting device you are using. I honestly don't remember. This is an older video of mine and I have been using a Silhouette Cameo cutting machine for quite some time now so I don't remember all the things I did when I used a Cricut. Sorry that I can't be of more help!

@@victorious3451 you don't need cricut to make the stickers. There are many programs that can help you design a sticker like cricut design space. The cricut machine is for cutting the sticker sheet so you don't have to cut by hand. Cricut, Silhouette, and Brother Scan N Cut are the most popular methods of cutting sticker paper. But this does not mean you need to buy the machine as you can just print it and cut it yourself. Design space is just a program to design the sticker you want so you can print them. Silhouette has the same but more user friendly. Both programs can help you design even though you are not online and both can be download for free. Hope this helps

There other brands of cutting machines but other than I am not sure of another way.

You can print the stickers on sticker paper and then manually cut out the stickers with scissors. Or you can print the design on regular paper, cut out the design and then use a sticker maker such as this: www.amazon.com/dp/B0001DU6RS/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glc_fabc_VHR-FbEVBG7D8

Hi Mikayla, I can really use your help. I tried making stickers following your video but when I enter text and go to print it just prints all black. It doesn't actually print out the text if that makes sense. It looks like a black offset but with no letters on it. I'm saving it as a print then cut image, not sure what I'm doing wrong. And it's also not cutting around images like a sticker, and it cut completely through the paper so when I lifted the sticker paper it left what it did cut on the mat. Can you please help me out?

Unfortunately, I do not use a Circut anymore so I don't remember how to use the software that well. I do remember that I used a setting called sticky note to cut my stickers so that it wouldn't cut all the way through. I will let you know if I come across someone using a Circut who may could help with your problem.
