Go to Harbor freight and buy a curve replicator tool. You press it against your shape, lock it into place and transfer the shape to your material. All this done in about 2 minute.

That plastic is used in many pallets for furniture or displays”to protect from damage”, when I worked at the convention center, I used to see a lot of that plastic”mostly in white, but seen almost every color” Should’ve stock piled it. Where did you get the strut like thingies on the front?
