Crenoline is what they used to use under skirts to flare the. Out also used in square dancing clothing ... mesh is whats usually used to put on or over the face area as in formal fasinators and funeral attire... fishnet in design...
Great tutorial. Until now, I never even heard of a fascinator. Can’t say I’ve ever seen one either unless it was on tv- a showgirl in Vegas maybe? Regardless, now I feel the need to make some! Lol
