Nice work. The only change I'd make is to use wingnuts. With DIY it's important to show your work. I once tried to copy Mark Munro's roof scraper but he didn't actually show how some of it fit together and as it turns out when I retraced his steps I began to suspect he'd just crunched a tapered screwthread which was a screwy pole connection. At least I learned to remove rivets from floor scrapers I guess.
The profile you are using looks like 25x25x2mm The only issue i see with yours is that your angle of attack is shallow due to the back edge fouling the maximum angle
Looks good. It might make it easier if the bottom edge of the tile is flat is to only cut out the high points. If that makes sense? Great tips though, especially if you arrive at a job and don't have the correct blade. Tanking a spare 'blank', your drill and angle grinder could save you a lost day, especially if you already hired a tower. Great job.
