An old girlfriend from my marine corps days had an apt right on that main drag there at the pier. We fished that pier for mackerel & made tacos. The life.
Did you catch anything that day? I recently went and didn’t hook up on anything and they shut down fishing along the south side of pier because of a temporary fence… The crabs and lobster have been crawling around there though, got a few on hook and line but threw back per stupid law.. they were legal size rock crabs, I even had a hoop net but nothing crawled in it
It was a pretty slow day for us too!! My nephew killed it with catching bait, which was awesome to see!!! But as far as anything else it was a slow day! Can’t wait for that fence to be taken down
@@fired_up_fishing that’s cool getting the youngster on some fish! Any dines or choves? Or just jacks and macs? I was the 1 who won “the perch jerker” meet #10 tournament.. at 11:45 I catch a 27” halibut on a live smelt, love using live bait from the pier… Hopefully I’ll see you out there one of these days 🍻
