Great tips! I absolutely do it all! I used to spray perfume on my “dry, non moisturized” body and I just thought my skin would suck up all the perfume - not in a good way bc even a great performing perfume didn’t last very long on my skin. Once I started exfoliating, moisturizing & oiling my skin (yes, layering of products is part of it all) the performance of even the worst performing perfume lasted much longer on my skin.
Hi, I sell for Burberry. Thanks for your Goddess review. Just wanted to let you know that the reason not to rub perfume together on the wrist is because it breaks the molecular structure of the fragrance. So, you destroy the top notes and heart and bring the fragrance right to the dry down. Great tip on Vaseline stick. Didn’t know that existed! Thank you ❤
A thing to keep in mind is that a lot of people have allergies to fragrances. I used to wear a lot of fragrance when I was in a more physical job and I basically worked on my own but now I’m in a more enclosed office setting and I have a lot of people who complain about perfumes and sprays. It annoys me so bad but I also don’t want to be insensitive. I do use that vanilla bean oil though with just a hint of either perfume or spray. And I also try to avoid the people I know who have allergies 😂😂😂

Great video! Some tips I knew, some I forgot, and a few were brand new! Thank you! Once your video finished I ordered 3 of those vaseline body sticks right away! That and I loved the tip of using scented oil with your cream! I have spritzed perfume in cream in the past but always worried that it would change up the chemistry. The oil idea was genius! I can’t wait to test those two tips out!
Great video 👍 . I actually tried that trick once putting Vaseline on my wrist to make the perfume last longer . I used to use the Nivea in shower body lotion .

Good video, but i feel like i'm waisting putting perfume on/or spray, after using the nourishing wet lotions & then oil, aren't those all different scents, I feel like it's going to take away from the main perfume that I want to purchase.
Also the routine can be calmed down a bit if you have oily skin. Perfume adheres better on oily skin people however flip side alcohol dries the skin out so if a oily skin person puts on too much body spray or perfume it starts to dry there skin out seems great In theory however it only causes there body to produce more oil. So oily skin should always moisturize so there skin does not produce more oil believe it or not and cut the alcohol products in half. They don’t need a lot to hold on to fragrance there skin naturally does it for them. I don’t have oily skin I have normal skin but after doing some research I learned these things along the way and I can honestly say I’m jealous! Oily skin people I guess it’s not all that bad were it well.
Love this video, great tips. Whatever influencers say about longevity, I cut in half for me. Super dry skin! I use the fragrance mists, but I wonder if they actually dry out my skin because of all the alcohol in them. Hmmm.... Maybe I'll stop using them.
I started watching your channel after your britney spears perfume review, and I love it! You aren't fake commerical esc and feel more homely and have gotten me more into perfumes etc! Questions: What lotions etc would you recommend for combinging with BS midnight fantasy? Have you done a review for lady gagas the fame perfume because its discontinued but its on ebay and i really wanna know what it smells like? Also have you reviewed any yardley english rose perfumes?
I can’t spray directly onto my skin, too sensitive and dries my skin out (oily combo skin). But adding oil into my routine has helped a little so that I can withstand spraying perfumes onto skin. I think the alcohol levels in the body mists may be too high for me though so I spray those on clothes only.

I use baby lotion because it don't have a lot of chemicals & it's safe for all skins type. I smell so so so good even the next morning at shower time. I took shower at 7:00 this morning and just smelled down in my shirt omg I still smell like this morning no lie.
My routine to get a lasting lavender scent: Native lavender rose body wash Tree hut lavender body scrub Native lavender rose deodorant Vaseline (I rub it on my neck and wrists) Victoria’s Secret Floral morning dream perfume (I spray it on top of the Vaseline)

I always wonder about the people who moisturize right after shower with wet skin...don't you take the whole lotion away when you're towel drying afterwards?
