One thing you should be open to here is what I call "happy accidents". Once I was doing something and left a mike on in a 'silent' environment, leading to some low-level feedback hum that sounded mysteriously eerie being recorded. It's now part of my regular sound effects, and used quite regularly in my work. Everyone who has listened to it is quite impressed by my genius -- they'll never know it was a mistake!
And this is why I subbed... This tutorial is amazing Jordan. As someone trying to improve their sound design this is a real eye opener to what can be used to create sound effects.
I clicked on this video by accident. I was looking for places to download sound effects into Adobe Premiere Pro, but you've actually inspired me to just make my own sound effects! This was awesome, man. Still laughing about the cling film roots, that was genius.
Ooh, that's actually a really really great idea 😄 I'd love to make something like that! Thanks for the suggestion Rainman! If you see that video pop up in the future you can rest assured it's because you suggested it! 😄
Hi Tobias, it's called a Vertigo effect and we went over it in this tutorial here: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-Wq0xI4Nr8VA.html In short, the footage itself is moving forward through the forrest and then we digitally zoom backwards in premiere
Dammit... You're actually more creative than you look🤣🤣 Going throuh your videos and loving them, learn so much in 1 hour for free than I would in 1 year for a lot of money... Thank you so much❤️
Thank you. I don't seem to have any Audio Effects inside Audio Effects folder (so no sounds like rain drops or clapping etc.) Is there a place where Adobe provides sound effects (I found the music, but I mean more plain sound effects).
Glad I could help BurgBuilds! 😄 Hopefully you'll end up with some amazing sounding stuff! If you're looking for additional SFX we would also suggest looking at our catalog or Artlist's SFX section even if you just wanted to find some inspiration or a starting point for creating your own: Motion Array: motionarray.com/browse/sound-effects/ Artlist: artlist.io/sfx/
Hi Nick! No specific volume for the individual sounds, but we try to keep everything within a range so that the overall master track averages around -15db and doesn't peak above -6db. As long as those two conditions are satisfied we simply playback on headphones and speakers until we like the results we get :D
hi im new to editing and i wanted to ask to when editing audio on a video aka the sfx thing um so i got it enabled and now i trying to have that sound effect for only a small part of the clip so how do i just like cut like a sound effect if you know what i mean im coming from editing on MOBILE sooo i have no clue what im doing
Hi Nihal! Are you perhaps referring to the Vertigo effect? We actually have a tutorial on that: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-Wq0xI4Nr8VA.html
If you’re referring to Motion Array music, then yes, anything you get from Motion Array (from the free or paid sections) are able to be used and monetized on RU-vid :)
Hi! I just wanted to know if I can use motionarray.com , premiere pro and after effects templates to make videos for my clients on fiverr? Please reply, it'd be really appreciated. Thanks
Hi Wrestling Expert. Like any freelance project, you can use our effects and templates for any client paid or unpaid. To clarify, what we explicitly mention is not selling the templates and effects themselves as standalone products. But we would be happy and intend for you to use them within video projects you provide for clients no matter the price
