If you have been trying to figure out how to snack healthier I have the perfect recipe for you. This super simple recipe is perfect as a snack, appetizer or even side dish. Let's make some zucchini pizzas!
WHAT YOU NEED //
Zucchini
Tomato sauce (see my homemade sauce or get store bought!)
Mozzarella (shredded or sliced)
Basil Leaves
Salt + Pepper to taste
Garlic Seasoning Salt
Parchment Paper
Baking Sheet
STEP BY STEP //
Heat Oven to 375°F (convection oven)
Slice up zucchini into 1/4" pieces
Place slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
Put simple tomato sauce on top like a pizza
Top with sliced or shredded mozzarella
Season to taste (salt, pepper and/or garlic seasoning salt)
Bake until cheese melts (keep an eye on them)
Top with a basil leaf
