Hey Jesse! I’ve watched several of your videos. My husband has a very small construction company I would consider it more of a project management company. His lunch is medical bills and remodels. He subs out most aspects. And he is also in charge of basic maintenance of multiple medical clinics. I don’t know that he would need all the same system set a full blown construction company would need. I would love to talk to you about what systems we could set up for his project management company.
Thank you so much Jesse for making this video. I have been with this company for a month now as an assistant project manager. Today they just promoted me to project manager. So this video is very helpful to me in managing my projects in a way that will run very smooth.

@@feral429 Thank you for the clarification. I am somewhat relieved to learn that being promoted to PM in the construction industry after just three days and after watching a brief introduction is indeed an unrealistic expectation. Nonetheless, congratulations on your promotion!
Any other small GC’s out there that are struggling to find good subcontractors. Seriously, where have the experienced quality tradesmen gone? I’m small and sub out all the MEP and even a lot of the early division work, but sheesh, seems like there’s only one guy in each company nowadays that knows how to complete their trade work. Is it just my area? What are you guys doing to vet your subs?
