Nice video and nice buzz cut. These types of videos need to be given more attention due to the truth behind all of them. Many people have no clue how tapering or cold turkey play a huge role when quitting a drug. Can't wait for the next video!
could you make a video about the worst drug experiences you have had or seen in the psych setting? This video holds soooo much valuable knowledge in regards adderall for me. I wish I had known how to detox by tapering. Keep putting these gems out baby!!!
I GOT A BUZZ CUT AND IT FEELS SO GOOD! There will be a video every week covering a different drug that can be addictive and discuss why from a chemical stand point it acts this way on the brain. I am thinking the video will be about lyrica due its mixed views in regards to if it should be should be scheduled or not. I will also drop videos randomly about my own recovery (vlogs). I love you all and please feel fee to to comment on a topic you would like me to cover! SMASH that LIKE BUTTON (lower right-hand corner) and hit the bell icon in the upper right corner to get alerted for future videos!
What your doing is a great thing. I hope your channel really takes off , and ultimately help many people. Never forget when you were a user , you know that attitude that your better than now those who have addictions. Not saying thats you . If maybe you can add more detail to what the body has gone through with drug use , and what the body needs to replenish or helps with all the areas your mentioning. What to take during detox, how to flush the system to remove the drug from our system. Keep adding new information .
I greatly appreciate the comment and the feedback...I will keep that in my mind when making videos about my past addictions. These are the comments I like to see because it helps me know what the viewer is thinking and how I can improve...and ultimately keeps me grounded in my own recovery. Thanks again!
Cheers for your weekly video, would be interested in trying those teas. It’s just where to buy from a reputable source 😊 I have been looking into L-Theanine just as a supplement, heard it can take the edge off anxiety you can get from caffeine as it drops off, also it is meant to help boost sleep? Tbh I haven’t tried it yet. With regards to nightmares I really suggest Lucid Dreaming. It takes a bit of work conditioning your mind, however once you realise you’re in a dream you it does away with nightmares. Since I have been doing this I would say it has eradicated 80% of nightmares easily. It has been proven to help vastly with soldier having PTSD and re-occurring nightmares. Look forward to your new videos 💪🏻 Sorry, not sure Ive caught your name in the last videos.
It's interesting you bring up lucid dreaming because I have been interested in practicing it due to my own past with nightmares! Thanks for the comments I appreciate it. I will keep you updated with the lucid dreaming experience and will make a video of it in the future! Hope all is well Jamie!
I would try K first. Start with that. I wish I could say more, but I am not a Dr. (just and RN). I can educate only. I will start a discord where I can freely speak soon on this! Thanks for the comment
