Thanks for the support! When you say you HAVE to give all kids equal time. How do you manage with injuries and goalkeepers? Is it the club or the league that tell you they have to have equal?
@@CatalanSoccer Here in the U.S., Division 6 through 3 have to give equal time to all kids per league mandate. Obviously, nobody is going to sit next to me and time it, but I sub in all kids and give everybody same time regardless. Lost a few matches because of that but I don't care. Only D2 and D1 can decide play time.
I always started on subs most of the game. I had more than double subs time than almost everyone on the team. Coach never put me in my favourite position, and now i feel tired of this. Its been happening for 3 years and i turned up to every training there has been while others havent. Most of the time i come home from games feeling sad, down, depressed. This is from a local team from where i live. I just hope it changes.
Man! I'm struggling with this, I'm coaching u9 girls 7v7 and have 10 players and I'm playing 1-3-2 formation and trying to keep the girls playing in same position for a few weeks so they not getting confused
