i have kept a manifestation journal for quite some time now and i have to say: it has changed my life. honestly, i can only recommed to try this out. in this video i wanna share my tips & tricks and give you some overall inspiration on what to put in a manifestation journal! you can design it completely to your own liking. pick out a journal you like- make it your own! there's no cookie cutter solution to manifesting and that's what makes it so amazing.
Scripting is one of my all-time-favorite methods, because it doesn't only allow you to express ourselves in a creative way but also can be really motivating! scripting to me is really easy to use as a saturation session because i can easily spend hours doing it.
