@@juhinathwani3777 scripting is when you write about something you desire as if it already happened and it’s naturally in your life, for example if i wanted a red car id just script “ i’m so thankful for my red car i love driving it every day and listening to my favorite music in it on the way to work etc”

i get 95% in all my exams without having to put in much effort, my math teacher who's been supporting me throughout the year is proud of my marks, i got 76/80 in my final exams. im getting smarter and get 95% in all subjects, as the final exam nears my grades are getting better and better. All the teachers are proud of me. i am a school topper.

I am living in my own apartment and feel very vibrant about being able to make my own decisions and handling all of the daily responsibilities that comes with being on my own ! I am so proud of the person I've become in having difficult conversations with my parents/being assertive as well as getting used to handling responsibilities that come with the application process!!

The past year I changed everything I do and have begun working on a shift in manifesting and being positive about my future. I’ve been scripting, using affirmations, journaling, and meditations. It’s helped me so much and I know I have to keep going in order to get to where I visioned. My manifestations are that I am a full time RU-vidr but a current one is that I have a new job, I’ve been repeating that until I get a great job that I deserve. I know it will be mine soon. This year has been a huge mindset/ physical body shift for me. At the beginning of the year I needed to become financially free to go on the road trip I’ve been dreaming off. I was able to make it happen less than half way through the year. I then was able to compete in my first ever bikini competition show. The power of manifesting truly blows my mind. I’m more and more grateful for each day I get to be on the beautiful earth.

I loved this video. Thank you for the inspiration. Although I journal since I was 8 years old (I'm 29 now), I haven't done SCRIPTING that much, and I think it can be really useful. Not only to project, but also to be able to recognize opportunities faster in the future (for example: I wrote down the adjectives of how I wanted my future partner to be when I grew up, and I can say my current partner is almost exactly like that list! And I wrote it 10 years ago!).

My favourite of this video is to surrender and trust. Recently was in a situation to almost finish my study but I was so focused and I guess anxious that it did not turn out to how I want to be. I was reviewing and practicing prior to my practical but it is not what i need to prepare to get through it. I think surrender and trust and be the best version of me could help me better. I feel like I've gone into this year with a new path in mind. I set different goals in Dec which now some don't really align. Scripting ♥️♥️ I am so thankful for my healing thyroid and supportive endocrinologist. I am so thankful for my new flexibility in my spine. My spine has such flexibility and strength and stamina - it's completely rejuvenated. And along with it, my hips and pelvis are stronger as well. I am so thankful that my digestion and menstrual cycles are working properly and I feel greatly reduced pain during both. I am so thankful for my supportive therapist 🥰 who has taught me valuable stress management skills that have EASILY replaced prior old-me bingeing and overeating. Thanks to the hard work we've done together, I have gone out of the 40s bmi and have maintained this fat loss.

This year I starting posting consistently on RU-vid and gained 1000 subscribers within my first 12 months. I am so happy I finally faced my fears of starting a RU-vid channel, because it's been the best decision for myself. I wrote about my weight only originally in this comment but found when I wrote my scripts out months later it included other things too: I have just passed my theory and driving test! Doing the scripting exercise 💗 (I love your videos Lavendaire! They have helped me so much the last few years so thank you so much for all of the advice and content that you post 💗💗💗) This is my last year of high school and I want to go to Harvard, and I will go to Harvard, I will have really good grades this year, only A’s! And I will open my email and see the ‘Congratulations!’ message from the college because the admission officers will love my essay and see that I have many unique traits to myself to bring to the school. I will walk around campus with my books, getting ready for class while I talk to my roommates and we study together for our mid terms and finals and it will I go as I want it to be And I will also become more confident in myself this year, and I will start loving myself a little more and more as every day goes by, I will speak my mind even when my voice shakes and I will lead group projects and be able to talk in public, and I will love my body and the way it looks as well as my face and my skin and every single detail in it that I don’t like so much right now!
