- let go of old stories => come up w new one - dont call him ur ex - you are not in no contact - stop checking and reacting to the 3d => be patient, be persistent with ur manifestation => visualize your manifestation and living in it - scripting: bf going to sleep and after getting up - affirmation + self concept !!!! - shifting - living in the end: feel natural about him loving me constantly

guys this is so crazy!! I worked a lot on my self concept and a previous ex randomly told me he wanted me back. Then a week later my sp contacted me as well. But the issue of them coming back when you no longer want them is real😂 somehow I dont even want them anymore

Also, affirmations PLUS confirmations solidify it in your subconscious. Even the SLIGHTEST LITTLE confirmation...for instance, if (insert name) ever even smiled at you one time - use that. So, if you affirm the (insert name) loves you, then confirm by saying "of course she does! I saw the way she smiled at me!" Any....any little confirmation to prove to your subconscious that it's TRUE...that you have proof. Affirmations + Confirmations = Sucess

Love the idea of just imagine them in your mind instead of reacting to the 3D. I've been so good ignoring the 3d but still hurts but I'm flipping the narrative as much as I can before I spiral.

Remember you control everything you see feel and experience u might feel like you don’t control that but you do i want you to stop right now give this message a thought and realize not in ur brain but also in ur soul that you are in control. What you say goes so sit on your thrown and give some orders

I love the way you explain this! I have been working on manifesting my sp and I notice a lot of movement once I work on my self concept. He reaches out and we meet but then I get triggered when I don’t see him doing the things that i want him to do/say in the 3D and I begin discussing the old story. I’ve been working on this but it seems to be a continuous loop of movement and then poof! I get triggered. 😂 It’s frustrating but I guess I have to keep persisting with more investments, as you said. Inspiring concept & hoping it will work in my situation - split for 1 yr & still talk meet up pretty much every other day. Both still single, but ( no longer will I call her my ex! Lol ) says she is unable to get back together because of the past despite us both changing for the better. I hope you see this. I'm in a position rn where my SP and I dated for 3 years, we had our issues and usual breaks up but this time we broke up it was for a month and a half, and we met last week and decided to work on things. He was so keen and ready to work on things and he felt a connection. 3 days go by and he tells me he doesn't feel it anymore, he doesn't want a rn and he loves me but not in love. It's a complete 180 from what he said when we met . He basically said he isn't interested anymore and doesn't want to talk to me... back then I felt very hurt when we broke up but this time hearing all those things didn't change anything because I know he will be back and those feelings of wanting me will come back... I just know it. I feel it... have you seen stories where it got to this point where it seems impossible to get them back but the person eventually gets their SP, even when their SP said they have no feelings whatsoever?
