Steven Celis 3 in 3 video does not work for me I can't watch it, can you post it on this channel or not because the website that video is on is blocked for me.
SPIN move 0:58 SEAL SPIN move 2:05 HALF SPIN move 4:22 QUARTER TURN move 5:42 DRILLS 7:25 Thank you for the video! I have been watching Kobe highlights, and he really used spins well. He used spins to effectively get a stepback jumper, and a Eurostep. And of course all of his Post Up fades. I never felt confident doing them. But you've broken it down, and now I know I can copy this. My thinking was holding me back! Thank you
Google global truth project and read "The Present" if you want to learn the truth about life/death. This text will change the world if enough people see it. You will see what I mean on pg one
1:30 I always have doubts about how to perform this move because of the seemingly "carry" you do with the ball as you spin. Not properly a carry, of course, but you seem to have the ball "suspended" for a second instead of it falling down due to gravity. I don't know how to explain it, but in my mind it seems if you linger on it for a split of a second longer you can get called a carry. Since that doesn't happen I do know it's obviously not a carry, but could you (or anyone) explain the mechanics of it when you seem to hold the ball and why is it legal? I'm sorry if it's confusing - I find it hard to explain it in writing. Thanks.
