Depends on the software you choose but most platforms make it pretty easy. Personally I use Keap. The first step would be to map out the customer journey then you can build out the automations from there. If you ever need help with it just hola

Also how many email would you recommend to send before calling the lead dead?

I would say it’s less about number of emails and more about engagement. Meaning are the opening and clicking just not buying? Then not dead. I usually don’t consider a lead dead unless they have gone 6 months without engagement
