18:48 this must be a coincidence but you can also solve this by subtracting the right number (21) from the left (17) it’s (4) then double (8). Now multiple the first number (17) by the difference of the right and left (4) it equals (68) then add 8 it becomes (76)

Finding the sum and missing number ....18,96 but i can see the weights looks unbalanced. Right 48 and left 44

59:47 I agree with you it seems that there is no balance on tier 1: left side in total is 48 but right side in totatl is 44
