How to master reset Gear S3 with hardware keys - restore original factory settings 

this is the single most useful video on this watch ive found in a week!...i did everything including trashing my phones cache because of youtube videos telling me it was this or that quickfix for the pairing problem...i tried yours about 3 times and i finally got the timing right...was gonna ditch the watch completely. For anyone doing this because your gear is stuck in standalone mode (not connecting to bluetooth) first try this: go to settings on your phone then bluetooth connections. Find your watch in the list of paired bluetooth devices. Even if your watch is "paired" it doesn't mean its actively connected. Select it then select "unpair" Once the watch is unpaired from your phone then go to your watch and make sure bluetooth is on. Go back to your phone's bluetooth settings and scan for devices. Your watch should show up. Select it to pair. The galaxy app pops up like when you first ever paired your watch with your phone. Ask you to remember the bluetooth code etc.. just click yes and bluetooth should work once again. This way you dont lose any settings. Sounds complicated but takes like 2 minutes and completely fixed my watches bluetooth/standalone problem.

Man, you just saved my ass! I turned on the speaking function for every action (or whatever it was) and I couldn't press the virtual buttons anymore! I got it second-hand so I can't return it. This put everything back to normal. Thank you!

My S3 frontier hasn't charge for so long , but why it has a clock on screen like stacked image ?not moving ,the image is the same sample image shown when purhcasing online ,.and I'm waiting for the charger to arrive to test if it will remove that.

Actually ,my sleep sensors, heart rate and auto work monitor sensors are not functioning correctly. They are giving misleading data information like sleep is not monitored accurately, auto dynamic workout on even if we are moving in vehicle . Heart rate is not measured accurately... etc .are the problems... What to do sir? Service center...my watch is under warranty period. Kindly help . Thanks

I called samsung and they told me to send my watch in without the charger. They later told me it was the motherboard and that they couldnt fix it. They told me they would refund me the watch because it was going on 2 moths since i had sent it in.

I just bought one and it won't charge past 97%... Is something wrong with the battery? I got it used so shud I buy a new battery and replace it?

Resetting does not remove the phone number on it! I bought "Renewed" but the old customer phone number was still on it! Samsung tech had me use the software reset, but that doesn't remove everything!

Buenos dias, he pasado dias buscando la solucion y quiero compartir como hice para que vuelva a encender el reloj. Sintomas: al cargar en la base al minuto ya marca error con led rojo intermitente, al querer encender el reloj solo decia samsung. Soluciones probadas: cargue nuevamente la rom del reloj, realice reiniciacion del mismo y hard reset y nada.... casi lo tiro por no poseer garantia internacional Samsung UNA VERGUENZA. Lo que si funciono fue: 1)mantener oprimido el boton de encendido por 10 segundos 2)soltar 3)volver a oprimir reiteradas veces hasta que sale menu 4)Optar opcion wireless downlod ( boton encendido hasta llegar a la opcion deseda) mantener oprimido para seleccionar 5) indicara carga de bateria y wps mode 6) oprimir nuevamente boton de encendido hasta que aparezca changing mode 7) quedara en AP Mode 8) dejar asi hasta que se agote la bateria , puede tardar horas segun la carga. 9) el reloj se apagara por no tener bateria, ponemos a cargar en la base 10) al llegar al 3% nos permite encenderlo, parece que esta todo igual que antes se apaga y prende varias veces mientras carga el sistema de cero . MIentras sucede esto dejarlo cargando en la base y Listo!!! 11) Piensen en cambiar la bateria si vuelve a hacerlo Espero que les fuera util mi experiencia. PD: NUNCA MAS COMPRO SAMSUNG, PESIMO SERVICIO TECNICO
