Is there a way to remove subitems that are done (completed) from a kanban view, as I keep getting the task showing which is not assigned to me, but because I have a subitem it displays it , can I remove these somehow?

Is there a way that when you move the item to a new group to have new subitems generate and collapse the original ones?

How do you lock the subitems so they are always viewable (they seem to be hidden when you go out and back in from the board)?

Can you create an item automatically on another board for when a sub item is added. For example when a sub item task 1 is added I wanted to create an item called task 1 on a separate board. Right now it just create the item that the sub item belongs to not the actually sub item
