Haha I literally skipped the gym today because it was clinch day then you upload a clinch video. The Muay Thai gods caught me slacking and won't let me off! 🤣
@@pollen1253 I can't speak for everyone but in my case, it's because I have scoliosis so sometimes, there's a lasting back ache after a clinch session. Not exactly the experience I'm willing to deal with after a long weekend. 😅
@@BenyaminLorit completely fair, also if you’re only training for fun too I guess it’s not too bad to skip classes either, I just love clinching for some reason I hate it when I can’t make clinch class
Clinching is definitely one of my weak areas but it’s cause my gym rarely teaches it. Also some coaches don’t teach it properly to begin with. Had one recently teach us to go for neck grabs in a class of clinch beginners. I left there with pain in my upper neck area for a week from all the pulling. *pause* 😅
