@@deklancrowe2730 lower pressure means higher Temps due to physical laws. If you have lower pressure in the tyres, the air has to much space to expand. The tyre is Not completly filled and need to work more to keep the car where it should be. And you have a lot more contact with the track, which is causing even more temp.Thats raising the temp. Its hard for me to explain in English, but from am physics pov its right. If you want a better explanaition you should google it✌️
This was actually an interesting video. More videos like this, maybe even about little detail things which would help in league races for example would be interesting to watch
For the race, will engine braking cause wear on the engine, meaning it will make more sense to have low engine braking for career mode? I assume for Sim Racing you'll all put it to the max, but for career will it be better to lower it?
jarno loving the vids and the series, im new around here and this is my first f1 game. Are you able to give an explanation on the differential % and brake bias %. What raising and lowering them do and when to use the different settings. Thanks
If you have a good set up. I tend to turn it to none during curves and overtake on straights depending on how far away or behind I am from the car in front of me.
Hello, thank you for this kind of video, it's to your credit to share your mastery on these F1 games. It helps me a lot to progress even if I stay away from you:)
Do you always run 100% engine bracking in the setup, or do you want it to be as low as possible and then balance it out with wing levels so you still achieve max ers gain through the lap with the red bar, or is the engine bracking always at 100%?
hello jarno thanks for your video I have a question about your last career video in Miami. You lowered the tire pressure to prevent your tires from overheating so much In the description of the tire pressure, however, it says that higher tire pressures would mean lower temperatures. Can you explain that? And when will your gloves come onto the market and where can they be bought? Thanks in advance Have a nice evening Greetings Schmalzi
Do you think on tracks like spa if you use none at all for most of the lap and drain it on the back straight will the times even up as oppose to balancing it between medium and hotlap?
At least codies actually put work into the new ers, when the trailer originally came out I thought all they did was unlock the ers modes, but cool to see the differences between hotlap and medium especially
Thank you Jarno for the tutorial, but i have a question. How do you stay competitive against the ai, because no matter what the performance is, I'm always getting left behind and having to use all of my ers and i barely keep up with them
So mguk is energy under braking capped at 2MJ per lap, MGUH is coverting hot air back into energy which is uncapped but their is a maximum deployment i think of 4-7MJ per lap which is what is shown by that green bar
I think in the race scenarios i only use medium and overtake when im pushing and when i need to save i put it on none a little before the end of the straight and then back on medium before the exit. I only use hotlap during qualifying
@Jarno Opmeer what is te downside of not using 100% engine brake, or actually, what is the benefit of not using... does it make you use more brakes to slow down the car? does it give more speed on the straight lines??? i dont get it, what is the relation between not 100% engine brake and lap (time wise). tks, love your content
I can't play this game, i do not have ps5 or xbox or anything that can even run this game, i will not buy this game, but i will still watch this video cuz i just want to understand what's jarno doing in those eSports events.
Thanks for the video, I hope it helps me get to grips with this game. ERS this year just feels broken. Other cars just fly past me even with ers on overtake and drs open. There's no point using anything other than hotlap and overtake. And how in the world am I recharging while on hotlap settings. I'm doing like 30% recharge in two corners...
Isn't it the case that the more you use the engine brake, the faster the engine will wear out? Isn't it better to only use enough engine brake just to fill the red bar every lap? I think the engine brake level may differ from circuit to circuit, I don't think it needs to be always at 100%... 🤔
Does medium and hotlap ersnha e a different and how big it is ? Btw saw a vid of tiemetmarduk of his last driver carrer vid and liwerd the tire pressures as low as possible and gained so much time why is that ? Thnx for your time
Lol Jarno, I’ve watched you waste so much by going over 100% because you always try and stay way to close to 100. I am literally yelling at my screen for you to use it so I hope you take your own advice.
someone should tell them that u can only recover battery while braking in f1 are you smoking crack ea this is mario kart game do nothing but marketing and pay max and lando hahaha f1 is a dead game who are these people kidding it died in f1 2020 jezzzze
I'm 100% sure if u increase psi makes the temp go up my brother not down 😂 Shame them do not glorify a broken game.i know and you know this game is for children to enjoy and have fun nothing to do with f1 lean normal and rich modes rebranded give me a break jarno😂 patch out next week to fix something that's not. Broken my dd1 has 0 ffb same shit as last year at random races screw you ea fix ur bugs before you copy and paste a game
