You don't need any micro to use Q and W for massive damage that perma-slows at huge range. Even without the un-punishable ult that gives him a 2nd hero, please realize literally no nuker hero in the game can do as much damage as Arc can with piles of Spark Wraiths that last 40 fucking seconds (!!)

Tping and rolling your head on the keys is not "intense micro"...Meepo, Visage, and even NP are all more micro intensive AND for less reward than Arc.
