Let’s see how PDFelement makes the task of merging pdf documents easy and fast using two methods.
The interface
From the moment you open the program you can see how the interface is very friendly and intuitive.
First method
The first method allows you to visualize the file and edit it with plenty of tools that the program gives you.
Being in the main page click on the open PDF button HERE.
The file explorer is now open. Select a file that will serve as the main file to which we will later add or merge other files, then click on the open button.
Now you can see the pdf file. In the main menu at the top, click on tools then click on combine. A new window is opened where you can see the main file. Now click on the add file button at the top of the window. The file explorer is opened. Here you can select the files you want to merge. Then click on the open button.
When you click on the open button you will see 3 columns. The first one is a list of all of the documents and images in the sequence that they are currently in. If you want to change the sequence just hover your mouse over the document until this cross is visible. Then drag and release the document in the order you want, as you can see now.
If you want to add a folder or an opened file click on this arrow and select one or all of these options: Add files, Add open files and add folders.
In the page range column you can indicate the numbers of the pages you want to merge. Or if you prefer to merge all of the pages you can select the all option.
In the last column you can add a table of content, a file name, and select the Output folder where you want to save the merged document. Also if you want to see a preview of your merged document, click on the preview button. After you are happy with the results click on the apply button.
Second method
The second method is perhaps the easiest one. Now click on the combine option HERE. A new window is opened where you can just drag and drop your files or click on the add files button. The file explorer is open where you just follow the steps we just described in the first method concluding with clicking on the apply button. And that 's it.
