Black men often have naturally good bone structure, but I feel as though a good jaw line and high cheekbones are more genetic , but staying lean and in shape will always give better and uniform structure to your face
One week in and I'm seeing some solid results!! Remember to take conscious breathing throughout the day. Through the nose filling the stomach, exhaling same path. I'll keep you posted on day 30
2nd week in🙌🏾 it's definitely being noticed! Much easier now to keep the tongue in the proper position awake & asleep. A friend also made a joking comment about my "chizzled jawline". Remember, conscious noise breathing and along with facial exercises. GOLD!
I'm Trinidadian, and I have noticeably strong features. My high cheekbones and full lips are amazing. My jawline is masculine and present without being considered Eurocentric. I've also notice that my face chisels more when I'm on a regular cardio routine, drinking plenty of water, getting rest, and hitting that sauna about 4 times a week. I appreciate this content however its important to realize that we are genetically made different. Everyone isn't going to have a strong jaw, and That's ok.
Mewing definitely works. I’ve been found it for two years now and it’s given me a handsome jawline. But, you have to couple that with low fat in the face for optimal results.
Mewing doesn't really work unless you're in puberty. Also, theres a common misconception with mewing, it's not that mewing will give you an amazing jawline/hollow cheeks. Remember, your tongue posture is just what you have always meant to have. The major benefit of mewing is that it prevents you from making very dangerous mistakes like mouth breathing.
The video is not about mewing being different for other races but they’re videos are mainly about giving healthy tips to black people on things like hair, skin and etc because they are not many videos about things like this for black people❤❤❤❤❤

There is a classic face exercise that strengthens the jaw too. 1) Look upward gently at the ceiling kind of a a 45° degree ankle. think looking up in prayer pose. 1) Next gently push the bottom of jaw upward toward the ceiling. When done correctly you will feel a gentle tug from the muscles under the chin. 3) Do 10 gentle reps in the morning and 10 at night. it really helps to tighten the muscles beneath both the chin and jaw.
I dont know about this " mewing " trend but mouth breathing is 100% a no go. Breathing through your nose and chewing your food with your mouth closed is proven to have an affect on the jawline, i dont keep my head aligned, i do a small tilt upward naturally, this allows your neck look longer and just looks better with good posture.
I realised something about us black men, For some reason we don’t have the traditional square Jawline compared to white males our is more feminine but masculine at the same time it’s usually a balance it’s weird to me😭

I made the mistake of mewing really hard, then my palette became a bit deep. After that I suddenly started waking up in the morning or in the middle of the night with a spit filled mouth.

You can't spot reduce fat. You'd have to lose fat throughout your body to get rid of the face fat. But you said you're lean. If it bothers you that much you can go on a bulk then a cut and go back to lean. But better to accept yourself as you're not fat. Fat just isn't stored proportinant around your body.
I recently had tooth ache and did extraction both top sides (molars) now I look like I do mewing😂😂😂 about tooth, I usually place my top tooth on top of bottom ones. Next I do the tongue technique when I take photographs
