I dramatically changed from the locally-popular Boho stye to a classic one when I lost three sizes and needed a new wardrobe anyway. I feel so much more like me now, it’s going back to my roots. Now I love my wardrobe, I changed it gradually over about three years, as I could afford it, starting by purchasing knits and other stretchy items, they’re more accommodating of size changes.
So happy you like that specific styling tool, I find it super helpful as well! I use it all the way from building outfits to structuring my wardrobe and evolving my style 🙏🏻
Another great video. Yes, please tell us your plans to add to your capsule. I retired from teaching a few years ago and now work from home in our small construction business. I had business attire (I taught Business subjects) and really casual clothes. It has been hard to figure out my new style….
They help create a ‘classic style’ which does seem to be the most timeless look for some reason 🤔 But not so much if you wanted to create a non classic style like boho I guess - and even if you wanted to keep u with latest fashion you’d have to keep updating the classic pieces as the detailing /sizing wouldn’t work.
This was a very nice and interesting video! You just mentioned a lot of my own thoughts regarding my wardrobe. I also am doing (or trying) a low buy challange, but I honestly have to admit that this year I bought some pairs of new jeans... I wore low or mid waist skinny jeans for some deacdes, but now I can't see them any more! So over this year I really substituted all my jeans and trousers to high waisted slim fit or wide leg peaces... I don't feel very good doing this, speacially because now I have all these jeans I don't wear. I tried to sell them but nowone wants to buy them 😬. I totally agree with you to add some more soft colours, thats what I want to do, too! As well as adding a blazer, I don't have any until now, it's on my list since a quite long time. Denne video var virkelig god og lærerig for mig. Har altid haft svært ved at finde min stilkerne, da jeg kan lide lidt forskellige stilarter, hvilket min garderobe bære præg af. Jeg tror jeg vil tage hver enkelt stykke tøj jeg har og prøve at placere det i forskellige kategorier (klassisk/afslappet/feminin/rå) og så se hvad jeg har mest af. Det må fortælle lidt om min dominante stil/stilkerne og så må resten være noget jeg inddrager for at ændre lidt på min primære stilkerne. Blev inspireret af dit billede hvor du sætter procenter på dit tøj i de forskellige kategorier (casual/edgy/feminine/classic)
Thank you. :) I have a wish for a Video. I cant find an Inspiration for a capsuale wardrobe Witz colours with a warm undertone... I Always find only the Camelcoat/ Camel Blazer but the rest ist black and white and not warm toned. Do you have any ideas?
