You can find people making old stuff out of a book anywhere. I like your individual creations the most and think those should be the focus, maybe with just a brief explanation of where it originated or where you took inspiration. The original creations are the hard part and are what set you apart from the average bartender who just shakes and pours someone else's recipes. The new intro is cool though and a little less intense than the original. :)
A RU-vid speakeasy bar!!!!! I lovebit!love it!! This is an awesome presentation of a Sherry Cobbler! I absolutely love this! Thank you so much for creating this!
Three beautiful cocktails beautifully made. I love the Sherry Cobbler, is so refreshing and sweet but it also has some of the Sherry's complexity, it's also so flexible and goes well with most fruits in the right combination.
So glad that you decided to start a Patreon page. Have been waiting for quite some time and instantly pledged for you. Keep up your phenomenal Work! Will make myself a sherry cobbler as well tonight, although I only have Palo Cortado instead of Amontillado. Greetings from Germany.
@@viktorvankov6666 I went with the 1862 version since I had neither fresh pineapple nor raspberry syrup available. The Palo Cortado fit nicely, it is very similar to an Amontillado taste-wise. Have some portions of home made quince syrup left in the freezer from my fall harvest, which I will try to sub in for the raspberry syrup in the modern version tomorrow.
I just found you channel like a couple of weeks ago, im impressed with it, i think you create amazing videos without taking the cocktail into consideration juat how you present your videos, the music, the light, the colors, the whole aesthetic. You are a true artists in my opinion, and i love your suit.
Thank you so much! Just like the cocktail is more than just the liquid in the glass we also try to make every episode an experience for all senses. I have a great team helping me bring my vision to life. Cheers!
Hi Cocktail Time Team! Great job as always! Kevin- question for you. I found a bottle of sherry when we were painting our house. I'd love to make cobblers, but we don't drink all that much. Do I store the opened bottle of sherry at room temp or in the fridge? Thank you!!!!
I was about to say it's a bit too chilly for these, but then remembered I made a mai tai for myself last night. Sherry is going to be added to my bar soon, can't wait to make all of these!
Kevin your affinity for mixology is what all the preludes to the great cocktail books referred to. I can honestly say you deserve all the success that will come your way.
Im blown away about the quality of this channel, nice camera, edits, knowledge,a nice communication with the viewer and a beautiful fancy background and utensils, you deserve 500k subs, you get a 10/10 from me!!
