Good question. You determine how much to mix by what you are trying to clean. And you’ll learn about that as you get into the business and How much bleach you’re going to need for the Job. If you mix a batch and run out you can easily make another batch while you’re at the job. If you’re left with unused mix, you can use it at the next job. And if you need to dilute the batch, you can simply do that by adding water.

I always wear glasses. Definitely want to protect yourself. I don’t have issue with smell or breathing

The thing is I do wear safety glasses but even then I still get fine mist in my eyes and when there's bleach in them mist it immediately makes my eyes sting. Then I notice for the rest of that day my vision being impaired. Then I see guys on RU-vid doing exactly what I was doing wearing nothing but sunglasses. I don't understand how you guys aren't having the same problems or if you're just pushing through them. Also you haven't noticed just smelling the bleach having an impact on you?

If you are downstreaming from your pressure washer, you need to pull from straight 12.5%

15gal ÷ 12.5% = 1.2 1.2 × 4.5 = 5.4gal Ad 5.4gal of SH to the tank and 9.6gal of H20 you'll have a 7.5% mix

Do you know how much bleach has gone into the tank by paying attention to how much is coming out of the bleach tank. Usually it’s numbered on the side of the barrel

And if its not numbered, what is your suggestion. Any sort of metering devices that you know of to connect to your siphoning line?

Also, do you only add surfactant to batch tank to knock down bleach smell? On another note, best concrete brightener on the market?

Down streaming and batch mixing are different. Batch mixing refers to using a soft wash pump. To achieve higher percentages then a downstream reamer can give you.

@@brandenpatterson9936 downstreaming is soft washing too, your just using a pressure washer to accomplish it. Much success!
