Create a Folder in C Directory
Shared this folder to authenticated
Example Like LogData
Have Shared Logdata folder with Authenticated users
Now need to create login and logoff script files
Like example:
Open any text editor like notepad or notepad++
Now need to create login and logoff script files
Like example:
Open any text editor like notepad or notepad++
Login.bat file - saving file extension will be .bat (windows Batch file)
and
Logoff.bat

It would nice to make it a CVS file for larger scale environments or create files by day or week depending on how long you might need that data.

Brother, i have checked and shows up blank page only. Any ideas on how can fix that? doesn't seem to be recording the user logs details and logout times. any idea?

Kindly check the steps, Step 1. Did you shared you Folder if not pls shared that with authenticated domain users. Step 2: pls check GPO linked logon-Logoff Step 3: did you update gpo? sure if you configure everything fine according to steps it will work definitely & thanks for watching

sir first thnks for your time, I m having above 100 PCs user. only getting 20 PCs login and logout details? all users connected to same lan and wifi network. all connection is running perfectly. can you ples tell why like this?

Brother, Have you share the shared folder with all authenticated user? Did you update group policy once any changes on gpo. Kindly check this there’re no any limits so, you can get all AD users details.

I did everything as in the video, but the txt file just not appear. I created a shared folder, i created the 2 bat files. In the GP i did tha same thing as you did, updated the GP, tested it and didn't work.

When i share the folder, i share to the people who has access to the folder, or to the domain users?

@@huseimre9272 Hi brother you need to share that LogData folder to only authenticatedusers(domain Users) Now on your first query- while you are saving text file for Login/log off you need to save file format will be .bat So, if your are still didn’t get the details pls follow the steps as I mentioned: www.querypanel.com/login-logoff-history-ad/

@@huseimre9272 So,you can use event viewer to check user details(login/logoff) Or you can also use monitoring tools Adpro toolkit.
