Thank you I'm now going into year 3 but have one moot to prepare for! I think it's so interesting how each university prepares us differently. I was told to never say 'thank you' when addressing the judges as it's classed as too informal (I don't get it but apparently it is) and to always say ''i thank your lordships/ladyships'' and to cite a case for instance 'alcock and chief constable of Yorkshire police for the 2nd volume of the appeals case law reports for 1992 at page 2' but you say the year straight after the name. It's interesting to see how court bundles should be layed out too because I've never had to do that for my exams but know I'll have to do in the future so thank you for taking the time to explain it in the video :)

am also a second year law student and got me eu law moot coming in a month really nervous

so I'm in my second year in varsity and starting my first ever moot experience this month... I'm so scared and as always feel overwhelmingly insecure. This is a very big step for me and I really am nervous.

This video was really helpful and informative, I was going to make a bundle like you had done but then my organiser said we'd be provided with bundles so there wasn't any need to. I turned up on the day and there were no bundles lol. On the plus side, I was too mad to be nervous about my first time mooting.

Hi Chloe, I am a law, teacher (form Liverpool), I graduated from LJMU a few years ago, but I didn't do Mooting while I was on the LLB. I would actually like to do a Mooting session now with two of my classes (Level 3 Access to HE). Would you mind giving me some tips and advice on how to go about doing this perhaps?
