Old video but I wasn't sure if you were still taking questions for more content. I'm a big fundamentals guy and I try to coach my kids on fundamentals exclusively. How can I make that more fun and engaging for them?

william coffman It's okay if they spin, bump into others, play with their feet, etc. -- it's best to let them get it out of their system. Then have a "secret" high-five/handshake, and ask them to do it when they start losing attention. Then say you want to see how still they can stand in attention, congratulate them, and then return back to class.

i teach Taekwondo and we build in little games in our Training so like 20 min Training then a game or something where they can let out all their power and then return to focus
