How to Mount Sharpening Plate 

Wow. I was just going to ask a few questions about my wheel and thus video comes up. Thank you. It did help me solve some doubts. I'm still educating myself before I turn on my machine (I wasn't feeling prepared, despite having my machine already I'm very amateur and just starting in this business) I watched and rewatched the video that comes with the machine but I needed some higher definition on the video. Silly question. Is there any tool beside what comes in the kit that might recommend to have around? Thank you again!

Why don’t they make grinding pads/disks for this? Seems so much easier.

What about using a brass brush and following it with a nylon brush to clean out holes and Allen bolts??

Should I just use a can of brake clean 🤔🧐

Thank you! I can see people wiping just the mating surfaces, turning over the plate, and the shavings left in the holes drops right on the hub as the plate is lowered into position🥲
