How to move an 80 ft House Boat 

I hope you enjoy this video of us moving my buddy's 80 foot house boat from one dock to another. He recently purchased this fixer upper. It sat in a 60 foot dock for almost 30 years. We were able to move it to a more protected 80 foot dock on a different side of the marina. We have never done anything like this, but it went off without a hitch.
