Most of the time a simplified version is wanted; so yeah, you should always simplify just in case.

If you do 15×10=150 but we need 154 in math we call this a remainder he needed 4 more to get 154 so that's how he got 4 as the numerator

If he did 15×11=165 it would have gone over you always do the number that is nearest to the number you want comment if you want help😊 it been a month though but still 😊
