Thank you so much for this video! Do you need to install any software on your computer to run the UB MADI? Also, what microphone are you using?

Hi! Unfortunately the SD9 doesn't have an onboard UB MADI. You'll need another way to get the audio in and out of the console, there are several DMI cards available, you could use a Waves MGB or a RME madiface USB for example. We did another video about how to do this by using the DMI waves card. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-xWK0MAeLJGk.html

I have a question. Can I this sd12, on board ub madi, between My macbook, connect with Usb a-b ? Like other consoles? < M32, SQ - >

Hey. Yes, that's correct. The UB Madi port is on every SD12 by default. So you can simply connect in with a usb a - usb b cable to your computer.

Thank you for this video, and I have a question about this. is it a basic option this UB-MADI? of a DIGICo SD12 console? and how many channels is available to recording multitrack in this way?
@MONOSoundLab

The UB-MADI is indeed a standard option on a SD12. You can record up to 48 channels if your session is running at 48kHz or up to 24 channels with a session running at 96kHz.
