Sorry I missed your comment! Herbal dewormers like ours do not create resistance. If used daily we do recommend giving a break every 7th day, and every 7th week. This just resets things in case the parasites are just hiding dormant. For animals with heavy worm burdens you would want to dose for a full week, then 3-4 days a week until under control.
