Warm olive oil. Soak it up with cotton ball and let a few drops fall in your ear. If it starts to come out stuff a piece of cotton ball in there to hold it in for an hour. Oil has to be warm but not too hot or you'll burn your ear

My left ear clogged for the whole 3 to 4months went to ENT nd recommended I buy medicinal olive oil you can get it at any pharmacy I warmed it then put few drops nd it worked,then following week went again to ENT so that she can syringe all the wax I was having it hurts for like a week but it gets better with days.I hate blocked ear can ruin your future plans.

I have had eustachian tube dysfunction on and off, but mostly on for over 2 years now (the clicking and popping constantly in my right ear) and i am waiting to see an ent Dr to hopefully get the surgery.. i feel my ears are clogged somehow in my middle ear or somewhere. I woke up with my left ear not hearing anything. Hearing only muffled sounds. For 3 days i tried draining with VCO it got a little better though i can hear slightly. I tried swabbing the outer ear because it feels wet it got a bit better. I did the vasalva method i heard a pop but nothing drastic happened. What do i do its almost a week now and i cant hear clearly?

I've been struggling with inner ear fluid from allergies for over a year now. It's been a constant irritant in my life. try holding your mouth and nose closed and blow hard 5 times and then 1 final time and hold that one for about 5 seconds and it should produce enough air pressure to push through the blockages. Your eustachian tube is likely blocked, try massaging it downward while swallowing over and over again you should be able to feel the stuff in there moving through it.

Thank you this was very helpful. My right ear has been humming and ringing for a month now. I will do these exercises along with some of your ayurvedic recommendations and pray it clears. WoW, this technic is amazing. What a head changing experience. My head actually feels light and clear and it reduced tension in my neck, shoulder and back. The only issue is that it accompanied a painful burning feeling in the left side of my mid-upper back which caused me to stop prematurely. I've had chronic ear infections, sinusitis, fluid retention and itchy inner ears, congestion, migraine, and nausea induced burning plenm which fills up in my head and ears. For as long as I can remember, I've had this debilitating mystery condition. I experience on the daily itchy inner ears with fluid retention, ringing sounds, feeling of a miniature butterfly's fluttering and crawling around inside my ears. I've also experience unusual phenomena that involve my inner ear, neck, shoulders, head, face as well as in my upper body. There's indescribable crackling... like snapping and popping sensations with sizzling sounds that only I can see, hear and feel. I also experience feelings of tadpoles swimming up and down my back. All these symptoms occur throughout the daily on a daily basis brought on by stretching, moving around, touching, massaging or rubbing the area. It also occurs when I drink water. It's confusing and unpleasant. What's worse is how it affects my self-esteem and my relationships as people tend not believe me or believe in me. Thus far, I've been mocked, ridiculed and told its nothing, im imaging it and that its all in my head or that im simply attention seeking, mentally ill or a hypochondriac. My family and doctors are dismissive and disregard my concerns. Needless to say, I've learned to keep it to myself. It simply is my normal as I don't remember it being any other way. But this techinic of yours had a positive effect. I felt fluid moving throughout my body. It was uncomfortable and felt like certain areas were clogged up and not able to flow. With having said that, it still was truly a magical experience. Ill apply this technic often in limited amounts until im able to handle more.

You probably have eustachian tube disfunction. Hold your mouth and nose closed and blow as hard as you can 5 times and then one final time and hold it for 5 seconds, that should push enough air to blow out the blockages. Also try massage downward your eustachian tube on the outside of your neck while holding your mouth closed while also swallowing over and over.

I went to the doctor the other day to see what’s going on with my ear, I’m hearing like a popping sound in my ear every time I swallow, per doctor my ear drum like suck toward inside that causes my hearing loss, it seems something is blocking my hearing and it bothers me for over a week, she prescribed me a decongestant pill to help me, but I didn’t take it because I know there’s something better that any kind of toxic medication, I wanted it to fix in the natural way. I’ve watch 3 of your video’s and this 3rd video’s work like instantly. I did try the step#2 “I did pug my nose and blow it slowly for 3x and it worked. What a big relief. Thank you sooo much 🙏🙏🙏🙏. Thank you for the tips. The it def helped with my sinuses opened up immediately, I did feel draining in my throat however my ear still feels clogged. I believe if I continue to do a few more times it may help more. I've let this go on for quite a few days so I think I am severely blocked. Great tips overall so thank you :)
