@@ThumperT51 I see. That makes sense. I incorrectly thought you were saying that because those bones line up with the lower knuckles (ring or pinky) that one would use lower knuckles as a striking surface of the punch. This as opposed to using the index and middle finger knuckles as the sticking surface as is correct. Sorry I missed understood. I've trained with some guys in mma that were convinced that hitting with the lower knuckles was best and I try to warn against it. Thank you. Have a good day
Whether in the street or in a competition, it’s best to set that hook up with something more precise unless the guy is wide open. (Unless you hit like The Iceman😉) Lead with speed, finish with power.
