Hello sir.. My name is archana i m from Nepal. I want to apply for ospap msc in Uk but actually problem is that my academic certificates have different date of birth then passport & neplese citizenship but I never face any problem for this within the country... Hello Sir, I have applied for Skilled worker visa within the UK after my application was done it was noticed that the Salary in COS is not as per the eligibility criteria as per UKVI guidance. My employer says he has made a sponsor note that that was the mistake done in cos and they are willing to match the salary as per requirement. I am tense as its two week and havent hear from ukvi can you advise how much time will it take approximately to hear back from ukvi?

Hi.Thanks for the video. May I ask please if there is a minimum number of hours for a Tier2 health care visa? For example, can the UK sponsor employer sponsor someone by 25 hours working contract if the minimum salary meets the requirements?

Hey A Y&J .. I jz got my COS and I applied for my Visa. Unfortunately after submission I realized I made a typo on my passport expiry date. It was issued on 10th Jan 2022 to expire on 9th Jan 2032..but I typed expiry as 10th Jan 2032... Can this be grounds for refusal?

Hi Sachin, any one is required, not both. if your degree was taught in English, it’s good to apply for ECCTIS (NARIC) certificate. You may need to check and arrange the required documents for applying.

Hi Sir. I have recently applied skilled worker visa. but I didn't upload OD Certificate and medium of instruction letter. Only mark sheets, PC, CMM and ECCTIS Certificate were uploaded. ECCTIS also upload in additional documents section instead of education documents section. Will there be any problem sir? OD and MOI are mandatory documents to upload? Please help sir 🙏.
