#baldursgate3 #bg3 #larianstudios how to destroy the githyanki creche using lathander's cannon and how to steal the blood of lathander mace як знішчыць яслі гiц'янкi з дапамогай гарматы латандэра ды як скрасцi дубіну кроў латандэра
You can just do everything lae zel wants , until the end and side with the dream guardian and convince her vlaakith was never gonna let her live and the whole camp is hostile after and lae zel fights with u
I actually attacked the Guardian, and it didn't even matter. You get railroaded to the same ending (Guardian is unkillable). Still have to convince her that Vlakith sucks, creche betrays, etc.
that chair lobotomized me. my barbarian/warlock has 6 INT because of it and I find that hilarious because shes still my strongest character by a long shot
If you go past the first save in the zaithisk and succeed all the others you can prevent the debuffs as well as convince Lae'zel that the Queen may be lying to her due to the Zaithisk not working correctly. She'll then be cool with you purging the entire creche cuz... weakness breeds weakness.
That's one thing I don't get about Lae'zel's character. She's so so quick to happily be an enemy of her people, the goddess she's looked up to and worshipped her whole life is false and seeks to kill her but she near immediately recovers and takes it in stride. I know she's remarkably strong and has a steel will but I don't feel like anybody would be able to recover that fast after such a revelation.
@@Jenna_TaliaI guess because githyanki are so militarized as a culture killing is no big deal so when the creche become hostile to her in lea'zeals mind it's her or them
@@Jenna_TaliaI don’t think this is true at all. Her first interaction upon being told shes an enemy of her people is that Vlakith must be testing her. Her first impulse is to deny all evidence and delude herself, yet you can still hear the heartbreak in her voice as she says it because she clearly knows the truth and doesn’t want to admit it. She’s incredibly hurt by this and basically turns off. Her next interaction is her proclaiming herself Vlakiths most loyal servant. Girls going through it and shes just trying to hold whatever face she can. Wouldn’t be surprised if she properly breaks down off screen that night. If anything killing the creche gives her a distraction in the least.
@@Jenna_Talia They created an entire culture of be competent, be useful, or be discarded. It didn't surprise me at all that she turned on them so quickly.
There is an easier way to escape. Separate the party. Leave one behind. Teleport the others somewhere else. Then grab the mace. Then revive the one in the camp.
You can outright murder the entire creche after using the device that can "remove" the tadpole, including Therezzyn, Lae'zel wont raise an eyebrow because there is a "traitor" and they are "protecting" them. Steal the gem and enter the chamber to give the relic directly to the queen, then convince Lae'zel about the queens lies and exit the relic. Poof, and she is loyal to the Orpheus instantly and sees all other Githyanki loyal to the queen as traitors.
You can also deny giving the artefact both times, kill everyone on your way there, and the Lich Queen will still show herself. You still have to agree to do what she says at that point, as she will otherwise Wish you to death if you don't, side with your Dream Visitor, and then come out. It requires a speech check on Lae'zel a few times to keep her going along with you for some of it, and when you come out, though it is much easier if you did the Zaithisk first because she's more willing to believe that something is wrong then.
Easiest way I found to "nuke the crèche" is to open the iron flask while you hide in a closet. Technically my party hid in the closet while the wizard opened the iron flask and then ran to safety. Darkness and fog cloud until they nearly destroyed eachother and then joined the combat.
heres a tip, go back and kill all the githyanki ( lots of FREE XP), then go and nuke it for the funs. that way you get all the xp for killing them since nuking them does not.
As usual you can get 3x the xp by first talking your way through, saving &loading, defeating everyone non lethally, saving&loading, then killing everyone who is knocked out.
I spoke to the captain gith to open the side area then went and got the mace after I completed the puzzle hours earlier, then went to the infirmary, then the inquisitor and then escaped killing everyone last keeping Lae'zel happy.
haha, instead of fighting the inquisition I said noooouuuuu, ran away and collapsed the whole monastery on them. (inquisitor actually survives this and appears in the Emperor house later cheeky skva)
You mentioned saving right before making the check to move the statue; but fun fact, if the statue gets stuck and you hit it with a weapon attack, it will "unstick" it so that you'll then be able to move it normally.
Wait… there’s a spot to place the token?… I, I had it and didn’t know it could be used for something, triggered the catastrophe beam and got full party disapproval and had to rush kill the turrets… omg I’m so dumb, I wish I had seen there was this lol
on my last playthrough as we were approaching her people in act I, I went to camp to heal without realizing lae'zel went on without the party, she was perma dead the next morning, I don't load saves, but now the creche will pay.
The worst creche experience for me was when Lae'zel turned against my party. This can happen if you let her speak to the inquisitor and attack him before going to the prism.
so my character just keeps taking the blood of lathander in a cut scene, not triggering the explosion. am i doing something wrong? kinda wanted to see it happen lmao
It may be bugged after the latest patch - multiple people wrote the same issue. Or something changed that I am not aware of. Or you might used the little Lathander thingy that allows you to take the mace without consequences. When I played, you needed just to take the mace without permission to trigger the cannon
15:22 when i came to this place, where you can go to your camp, i just send everyone to camp except Wyll (who has insivibility spell) then turned back to the door where we killed the inquisitor, then made the insivibility spell for both of us and run away from creche :D that was easy
Nah, you can just walk in the front door, we'll that's locked, so the side door, but once you're inside they don't care. I even murdered the Gith at the entrance to their base and just walked in.
I couldnt fight after the plane visit. Had to get mace and the the portal to escape. Sad sad that i destroyed the creche...but i got a cool mace!❤ and lizard lady stayed with me despite me massacaring some of her people 💅
Ypou cane just Misty Step out of the enegy cage aftre taking the moringstar, so no need to waste time destroying the energy source. Also, we basically aggroed everyone in the creche, trhen killed them, leveled up, THEN took the weapon...and Laezel was mad but didn't leave the group. Then we met Voss and she was open to his heresies after all of that.
Bruh I just spit so much water I though this was a serious video then your guardian bout killed me but serious question will shadow heart hate me for this?
@@greetingsargonian oooh thanks! I'm trying to start the act 3 but these gith are so hard to beat (I'm dying more because of them than I've died to Ketheric), considering load to kill them like this
@@raianevieiral you can kill them separately. As long as there are no eye witnesses of your attack, everyone else will become neutral when the fight ends. But either way, the cannon will do the deed)
Lol instead of doing the whole quest thing because I didn’t wanna betray my guardian. I literally just pickpocketed the girl and was able to get through the gate without having to do anything else.😂
@@greetingsargonian igual aunque mate a unos git antes del desmadre por que se iban y ps era xp que no quería perder XD pero a ella ni le importo en mi equipo laezel y astarion son mis carry por eso trato de consentirlos a ambos XD
Can i still do this? I got the mace but that nuke sequence did not happen for me. I went back and killed everyone in the temple. Not sure what i did wrong.
If you used the crest from the puzzle it will not trigger the nuke. He showed both outcomes in this video. The first time he used crest and took mace...no boom. Then he showed that taking the mace without placing the crest...boom.
Laezel is my least favorite NPC. I keep looking for a dialog option called, "*pretend to answer the phone* "Oh, that was the Grench who stole Christmas. He wants his face back.""
@@RWThurman she lived all her life in a lie, but she will realize it at some point and start changing and exploring her new freedom and understanding on her past experience. she is not a one-note, i can tell you that!
I just didn't have her in the group at all saved on her having to make any decisions. Just get yourself a Fighter hireling for that particular segment of your journey and leave her at camp. Completely cleared the entire Creche, and afterwards mansplained to her than she was better off with me vs her stupid goddess and she agreed with me.
Yes, just place the crest from the puzzle. He shows that also in this video. The first attempt to grab mace is with crest. No boom. The 2nd time he took mace without token. Boom
Well, I did whatever I wanted in the creche, actually killed most of them for the exp too, then talked to the inquisitor, denied giving him the artefact, but LaeZel trusted me enough to take my side right away. I think an important part was where you'd try to cure yourself, I let Lae go first, and made her see that the thing was scum and it would kill her. I used a line regarding that before she completely trusted my choices
You can also demand to go first and without your guidance she wouldnt be there and she will approve twice. This area is a nice Lae'zel approval farming area
Some shadow step scrolls can be found on different vendors, check their inventories every day after the long rest, because they restock. The hast potion can be crafted from gnolls ears, you can find plenty of those in early act 1. The vendor inside the creche can have teleportation arrows, check her regularly too before you go to astral prism, because after that she will be hostile! Scrolls of feather fell were pretty common in act 1, and Gale has this spell if I remember correctly.
@greetingsargonian thankyou for answering! Too late now, I'm in the battle with the inquisitor atm and it's a hard kill. I don't think I'll be able to nuke them, just gotta leave the legendary weapon behind 🫠
If they ever adapted BG3 into a show without Tav as the main lead, plotwise it should be Lae'zel. The Githyanki play such a big role in this game and she honestly has the best character development.
Apparently canonically Laezel and Shadowheart are the most important characters in our party, while Gale should be the leader of the party if Tav didn't exist either. So it would be cool to see it.
I came into this with Lae'zel having neutral opinion of me and came out of it with her at around 50. I was so worried she would leave but luckily i didnt kill anyone unless attacked first.
I initiated the fight with just Shadowheart, then have the other characters sneak in. But then after killing everyone there was a pretty high requirement dice roll check to convince Lae'zel.
