Hi, sure we can help prepare de documents for IGI and do the submission. We also assist the client at IGI in person for Bucharest and Ilfov, even neighboring counties. What we cannot do, however, is help if the company does not comply with the minimum legal requirements. Ex. if they have 0 activity, 0 income and 0 clients it is unlikely that bringing foreign workers will be possible because they cannot justify the need for them.

Hello, they should know what info is needed from you if they prepare the paperwork, otherwise they should get an immigration lawyer :) It is much more than the ID and passport, you should show your qualifications, they should prove you are needed for that job and so on.
But ussually the employer ask us work permit so we can't get a job without a work permit and we can't get the visa without a job so is almost impossible
Actually your employer should collaborate with you to obtain a work permit. You cannot get a permit without the assistance of your future employer, there might be some miscommunication there. Or they might mean that they will not cover the cost of that work permit, but would rather the employee cover that themselves, you should ask for details.

Normally, no. But there are some options, f.e. you can ask your employer to take you part time during your studies. And you can later convert to full time.

Hi, I was working 3 years in Romania and I couldn't renew the work-permit before it's expired. so I had to leave the country. I was staying 7 days after expiration of card ID, but I paid the fine, The immigration office gave me a letter of clearance that I can leave the country without a problem. Now I'm trying to come back to Romania with a new work permit.
