@@SilencerCo I picked mine up back in April after a surprising “only” 93 day wait. It is really amazing. I’ve used it on everything from my 10.5 556 SBR to my Glock 45 MOS to a Savage 112 338 Lapua Magnum. No issues, and this very well might be the best suppressor on the market for it’s versatility. I do wish that a 22 caliber front end plate didn’t cost as much as it did for a hunk of metal. I just had to break down and buy one because the 30 caliber hole made the 556 Way Way too loud.

Here's what you do. You buy a suppressor every month for 12 months. Then the following year will be an absolute party!

Yep, for a grand you should at least get one muzzle break/flash hider mount. Thanks for pointing this out. I was considering one of these but having to spend a hundred more just to get it operational was the straw that broke this camel's back.

@@stevenweaver6845 Disappointed that not even ONE adapter included. Not even a coupon for one. You are fortunate to have accessories available. I have not been able to find a single direct thread adapter for 1/2 or 5/8. This makes it an expensive paper weight.

The Griffin Optimus is the same way. Just be aware modularity means investing in mounting systems. My advice buy dedicated suppressors. They tend to be a better deal but these do make good first suppressors especially if you invest in just the 3lug system.

We are here to help! First off, the Omega 36M ships with the Suppressor, an ASR Mount, and an ASR Muzzle Device threaded in 5/8x24. If your rifle is threaded in a 5/8x24 thread pitch then you'll be able to run the suppressor out of the box using the included ASR muzzle device and ASR mount. If your rifle is any other thread pitch then you have two options. You can pick up an ASR Muzzle device with the correct thread pitch or you can buy a Charlie Pattern direct thread mount that matches your thread pitch and run it direct thread. For the Scorpion you'll have a 1/2x28 thread pitch (unless it's a Gen1 Scorpion). You can choose to run a 3 Lug, Direct Thread, or ASR on a platform like that. The simplest and most cost effective way to run the Omega 36M on multiple platforms is definitely using the ASR system. Your Omega 36M will already have an ASR mount out of the box and can be installed on any host that has an ASR muzzle device. Don't hesitate to respond if you still have more questions or something isn't clear!

It sure does! Just make sure you get the KEYMO that is made for the "Saker/Chimera" as it fits Charlie style suppressors which is what the 36M uses.

Keymo charlie adapter - they might not warranty it with the keymo adapter on it your gonna need the "charlie piston mount" and a 1/2 -28 Piston

The Chimera does not have any barrel restrictions and aside from performing well on regular length barrels it can also be used on short barrels.

All of our rifle suppressor bores are cut with an Electrical Discharge Machine (EDM) which leads to maximum POI consistency and repeat-ability. Our ASR Mounting system is also designed to assure that the suppressor's POI will remain the same no matter how many times you put on and remove your suppressor.

Absolutely. I'd recommend our single port brake for the Scorpion.

Both attachment types offer different pros. If you plan on using your 36M on multiple hosts then you will want to consider the ASR System for quick removal and attachment across several hosts. If the 36M is going to be more of a dedicated suppressor for your bolt gun, and you'd like to keep things as light as possible, go with direct thread.

Griffin chose to go with a less used mounting pattern as opposed to using the more commonly used Alpha, Bravo, Charlie mounting systems. The Omega 36M interfaces with and is compatible with any Charlie mount.

Now I either have to buy an ASR muzzle device that I don't want or wait for this piston housing so I can run the 3 lug like I want. I've been loyal to your brand, but these $100 accessories that you nickel and dime us with are getting old.

@@mattburke9308 i just bought the piston housing for 150 shipped. and now i need to spend 125 on capitol armory for the tri-lug mount. 275 to trilug this. the silencer comes with the charlie asr mount and no muzzle devise. so the reality is even brand new one has to and must buy silencerco accesory to mount it at all. other models they use to include at least a flash hinder or brake so you could mount it right outta the box. calling it nickel and dime is generous. @silencerco

It wasn't until this month that US suppressors could even be exported for consumer sale. Probably be another year before anyone get's the relationships set up to sell internationally.

The 36M will not work with 45acp but the Hybrid 46M definitely will!

As long as your Win Mag is threaded 5/8x24 then yes. The Omega 300 comes with an ASR Brake, ASR Mount, and Direct Thread mount. Both the Brake and the Direct Thread mount are threaded in 5/8x24.

It does not matter. It's good to go on 300wsm no problem.

Omega 9k so long as the barrel length is 16'' or greater.

@@nickf5556 The Omega 9k is the more "cost-effective" option which is what the original commenter requested. The Omega 36M is definitely rated for the 350 Legend however.

Why put a can on a 300 blk if you're going to shoot supers. The whole point of the cartridge is to be able to shoot subs out of a semiauto gun.

I have the 36M (in jail) for the Sig Rattler, 300 blkout. From what I read there's no barrel length restriction with the 300 blkout. Also Dominic E, you can run subs and supers with the can. Noise reduction, is noise reduction.

Definitely rated for .357! You never want to shoot rimfire cartridges through a non-serviceable suppressor due to how dirty they are and the buildup that occurs over time. Any center fire cartridge such as .17hmr or 5.7 is perfectly fine.

Sounds is very comparable. It can handle subs and supers in the short config no problem.

Since your tri lugs, piston housings (anything charlie), are unobtainable and youre backlogged almost 2 years out on existing orders....what are our options for tri lug here? I went obsidian tri lug mount in lieu of your absent one and am now needing to deal with the piston housing issue.....YHM makes a neilsen booster assembly thats marketed at being able to work with si co stuff. Would this combo work for us? Dropped a lot of cash on this and its essentially a paperweight for me with its included ASR mount as no other mounts are available anywhere......

We do not make anything in the m14x1 thread pitch. I don't believe any manufacture makes a piston in that thread pitch to be honest. It's generally used for AK platforms. We do make a drop in barrel for the 92A1 that uses the much more common 1/2x28 thread pitch.

I bought mine one month ago the store had it in stock I can shoot it as long as I use it there and I have my throne number because I have my hands on it. I shot it today for the first time only 4 inch 9 mm with 124 ball ammo. I was not impressed at all.I’m gonna try 147 grain tomorrow. I don’t know where I will get sob sonic Ammunition right now

Just as good or better on most calibers due to the smaller bore size but the 36m does not support calibers larger than 9mm.

@@unknownm8569 None of the Multi-Cal suppressors on the market that we are aware of come with all compatible accessories. They come with a piston housing and a single muzzle device. The Omega 36M is compatible with over 20 accessories not counting all the possible piston configurations. Including all of these would not only be very expensive but useless for most consumers who only need a couple of accessories for their needs. It's much better to keep the initial cost down of the suppressor and let the consumers choose what they need for their particular setups.

@@SilencerCo No need to defend your company's decisions to me. Your a high end suppressor company as is didnt assume the cost would be lower. Besides if this suppressor does all it says it can and efficiently it's worth the price in comparison to purchasing multiple cans and paying multiple b.s. tax stamps. I like the product thus far have to find someone who owns one to test before I buy. Being a working class family man have to be very mindful of exactly what I'm getting for the pop$ lol. @wybobhom Yea this silencer only goes up to 36 caliber. If you're shooting 45 cal, you'll need a different silencer.

A bolt action carbine sounds like a good time! The Omega 36M does not have a bore size compatible with 45acp. It supports 9mm and smaller. However, take a look at our Hybrid, Octane 45, Osprey 45, and Omega 45K suppressors.

Just looked it up on your website. "fully welded core" This is why I will never buy another product from you. Too bad.

Howard Z virtually all rifle suppressors have welded cores, as do many of the top pistol caliber suppressors on the market.

Howard Z you're not going to be able to buy from any of the top companies if that's your criteria.

Rifle suppressors must be welded to withstand the pressure of large caliber rounds. A non-welded suppressor (such as the octane) would be destroyed by large calibers.

Looking at the website, all silencerco centerfire pistol suppressors are welded too. Like I said, won't ever buy a welded one.
