'How To' on Descaling Truckmount

Here is a quick video on 'How To' descale your Chem-Tex Panther Truckmount. The unit that was used in this video is a 27 HP Panther. The unit is an older unit that was uninstalled to have all of the required maintenance performed which worked excellent for this video.

tengo una pregunta yo tengo una truckmout es de color verde hp14. no se porque esta saliendo agua por el desfogue del motor dela parte de adelante Asia abajo en el medio el tubo del medio porfa ayudeme gracias

If the water is coming out of the front of the chrome plate it is because your waste tank if full with a faulty float switch. If the water is Coming out of the rubber exhaust hoses connected to the heat exchanger, that means your heat exchange coils could be busted. 1-800-Chem-tex.

Thanks for video. So I guessing you keep temp. at max while doing this? Also instead of sucking out water from box can you just let water run out the front outlet hose for about 5 min. until water is clear and u sure no descaler is left in system?

Thank you for the question! The reason for putting the hose in the water box is for constant circulation. This is actually cleaning/descaling the unit. After the water mixed with Descaler has circulated for 30 minutes, then you can let the hose run out until all the Descaler is out.

Could you do a video on keeping your panther 14 maintenance and what to watch for on break downs.

The maintenance on each of the units are basically the same. We are currently trying to upload new videos. Once we get them edited, they will go live. We do have a manual on our website that shows the maintenance schedule if you do not already have one. @ chem-tex.com/shop/panther-14/

so it not necessary to connect all the hose solution that un the reels? for escale

This is to descale the unit itself. If you need to Descale your hoses, then you can hook them up as well.

@@robertocuba76 When you are descaling your machine, not you do not need to connect all of your hoses. ONLY if you want to descale the solution hoses will you hook them up. Please remember when descaling, you need to let the water continue to "cycle" with the descale for 30-45 minutes.
