Larry just got back from an interview where the employer asked "do you have experience onboarding or offboarding users?" Larry was honest and said he didn't, and therefore did not get the job.
In this episode, Joe mentors his friend Larry on how to onboard and offboard users into both Active Directory (for the case of organizations that do not have Cloud) and also Microsoft 365 (for organizations that do not have on-premises.)

@@cybersecurity101withjoeand8 This Onboarding and Offboarding hands on practice is very informative, Joe, and you got a new subscriber here. Just to be clear as a new learner, there are essentially two ways of Onboarding and Offboarding new employees in an organization: 1. Through traditional Active Directory where windows server 2019 and virtual machine are created and 2. Office 365 right? I have a few other questions: 1.Without a license or subscription from Microsoft, can one try this Onboarding and Offboarding demo/lab project free on Office 365? 2. Does office/Microsoft 365 uses Azure Active Directory (which now called Microsoft Entra ID)?

great conent guys. i listen to you while im at work doing contruction. in school for cyber. right now with my kid situation and child care its difficult to commit to a 9 to 5, 5 days a week. any suggestions on what i ca ndo? as well can you guys do a pod cast on setting up labs and how.
