Hi Manish, in earlier versions of EM you could create users and table spaces. The 19c version looks to be more like a monitoring tool. Am I missing something?

and i have also installed oracle 19c by following your video. I am able to connect to sql plus and created a common user i.e c##scott. But when i try to connect sql developer i am getting the error as " status : failure - test failed : io error: the network adapter could not establish the connection" . i am using sql developer 19.2.1. executing "select DBMS_XDB_CONFIG.getHTTPSPort() from dual;" shows port "5500" but that does not work. the OEM uses "7803. so only entering with port 7803 works. so what does this mean?
